Depending on the service you have been referred to you can also use the methods below to track a referral:
NHS e-Referral Tracking
If your doctor has referred you to a specialist for further care you will be asked to book your appointment using the ‘NHS e-Referral’ system.
You will receive a letter from us within 2 weeks giving details of how to book your appointment and any passwords you may need.
To track your e-Referral you will need the following details to log into the e-Referral website:
- Your date of birth
- Reference number – this will be on the first page of your letter
- Password – this will be on the second page of your letter

Greenwich Referral Management and Booking Service (RMBS)
If your GP has recently referred you to a specialist, Greenwich Referral and Booking Management Service will arrange an appointment for you at a suitable hospital or clinic and a date and time that is best for you.
The RMBS will endeavour to contact you within 3 working days to help you chose and book your appointment and answer any questions you may have. Please ensure that your GP has your most up-to-date contact details so that we can contact you.

Greenwich MSK (Circle Integrated Care)
The Greenwich MSK Service, part of Circle Integrated Care, is a single point of access for musculoskeletal conditions.
All patients over 18 years old with an MSK condition, who are registered with a Greenwich GP should be referred to the Circle Hub for triage (via e-Referrals).
Referrals will be triaged by specialist MSK Advanced Physiotherapy Practitioner (APP) to the most appropriate treatment modality and patients will be offered a choice of provider, where available. Patients will be monitored and supported across their pathway.
